Now until October 9th - help us raise $105,000 for our BIS community

ALL HANDS ON DECK!

Our 2026-27 BIS PTA Fundraising Campaign, “BIS Treasure Quest” is officially underway!

Together, we hope to raise $105,000 to help support:

field trips and assemblies; grants for teachers and departments;  community events like student dances and socials, pep rallies, and staff appreciation efforts;  BIS parent educational opportunities, and more!

Though the voyage may not be easy, when the whole crew rallies together, there’s no doubt we can reach our goal to fill our school’s treasure chest! (To help us secure our bounty, we suggest a contribution of $250 per BIS student, but ALL gifts are appreciated!)

All families who donate will enter their student(s) into weekly raffle prizes ($25 gift cards to T-Pumps, Starbucks, Pizza My Heart and more) and will help their students’ homeroom class in the competition for highest participation levels per grade, earning them a swashbucklin’ celebration at the end of the quest.

SAVE THE DATE: We will celebrate the success of our fundraising campaign with a school-wide field day on Friday, Oct. 9. It will be a fun-filled day for our students, but it’s only possible with your help. To volunteer, click here.

BIS BOBA WEEK
9/16–9/18 (Weds, Thurs, Fri), All Day @ Lilikoi on Broadway

A fan-favorite event where you purchase Boba on these days, and Lilikoi donates 10% back to PTA.

Join BIS at the Burlingame Pet Parade

9/26 (Sat), Meet at 9:30am (Parade starts at 10:00am)

Chula Vista Ave near Broadway

The cutest pets ever (and their owners) will parade down Broadway in the Burlingame Pet Parade. The parade will assemble in Parking Lot Y on Chula Vista near Broadway, adjacent to Pick of the Litter. Those who wish to march in the parade must be there by 9:30am. Participants will march up Broadway from Chula Vista to Capuchino, turn right, and circle back down Broadway. The entire parade consists of a leisurely stroll of about 30 minutes. Final judging will take place and prizes will be awarded immediately after the parade in front of Broadway Grill at Broadway and Capuchino.

Trojan Field Day

SCHOOL PICTURES MAKE-UP DAY

10/16 (Fri), BIS

Students who missed picture day last week can make up yearbook and student ID pictures on 10/16. Reminders will be sent closer to the date.
